I just wanted to share this experience with you guys! :)
So, about two nights ago I had around my fifth sleep paralysis event, it happened at about 5:30.AM I think. I woke up from some dream about dragons, and I instantly knew I was in sleep paralysis because I was going to change my position into a more comfortable one, but, of course, I couldn’t. Now something was strange about how I woke up, because usually I sleep on my stomach, or occasionally on my sides, but when I woke up I was on my back (which doesn’t usually happen). So since all my other sleep paralysis experiences occurred on my stomach, and was not scary, I thought that this time it actually would be scary because I was lying on my back. I opened my eyes slightly and saw nothing creepy, though my white-board was all crooked. I closed my eyes again and wiggled my toes and fingers, but nothing happened. I heard a raspy whisper say something like “hello, how are you?”
I couldn’t talk but I thought inside my head “I’m paralyzed” as my reply. I then heard the same raspy whisper mimic my words, except it added some high pitch and low to its voice, as if making fun of me. I decided to see if this voice would continue to mimic me, so I thought something along the lines of “I am so smart.”
I waited for a while and heard a reply from the raspy whisper voice. It said “no, you’re not, but I am.”
I then broke free from the sleep paralysis while laughing out loud because of this experience. It may not seem so funny to you guys but it was for me… Anyway, sorry for all the text. :cheeky: Oh, and one more thing, if you had a funny sleep paralysis experience please tell!
