Yea mantras before bed help a lot. What also has been working for me is writing down goals beforehand. I personally make a list of monthly lucid goals I would like to achieve. I read them a few times before bed. It's worked really well for me since I started doing it, and whenever I get lucid, it's so much easier to remember. |

I practiced flame weaving and using the force when I was younger before I went lucid, and I did both in multiple dreams throughout that time period. After I became lucid those were the two easiest things to do since I knew how easy it was. I also did Rasengan and Melchee's door but have not replicated in lucid dream. Anime are good for dream Ideas. |

But you're probably not, because dream recall goes down the drain when you are on weed. I know a few people that used to dream every night, but after weed everyday they no longer have any dreams. |

Yup! Writing your goals down before bed and using mantras all help. Try that |
