Well, i thought since lots of people have been looking for 'the' anchor to fit them, we could list a bunch of anchors. Be creative! It can involve visualization techs. Anything at all; as vague or detailed as you want. |

6: One I'd like to try and might work: Wear a rubber glove and put some ice inside the glove. It hurts at first but the gradually wears off as the ice melts. (Probably best to put the ice in a rubber glove itself, so that you don't hurt your hand and don't end up with a wet patch on the bed.) Can imagine it working with WBTB and MILD. |
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.
7. Try to fall asleep as you normally would until you feel a slight vibration somewhere. Begin non-physical testing (movement free reality checks) like for example imagine holding an Iphone in your hand if you can feel it you know you are dreaming, prepare three typs of non-physical tests and cycle through them 4 times so 12 non-physical tests in total, if you are not dreaming start over from the beggining again and repeat. It's way that both works as a WILD technique and as a preparation for DEILD. |
8. focus on your breathing. |
The first step to making a dream come true is to wake up!

11) visualize a source of light and watch it, with out thinking. |

20. Play with your hypnagogia |
26. Imagine that I'm swimming up out of an abyss towards the dream, and every breath is a stroke towards it |
Hahahahahahaha sorry my hypnagogia is scary enough without me interacting with it. |
