      naps & lucid dreaming

      i have a question about naps if i take a nap can i go lucid during it ?

      It depends on when you nap. The general idea is that early in your day (say the first 5 hours) you have not reset your sleep cycles. So you have a chance of going into REM quickly, and if you stay aware using skills learned in WILD tutorials you may have a lucid dream. A nap in the evening (say 10+ hours awake) will not have as good a chance for hitting REM quickly.
