I have almost completely overcome poor sleep (insomnia-type) by totally reorganising my life (over 5 years). I think the last remaining problem is somehow related to LD. Details are:
- Occasionally feel slightly anxious (about sleep) prior to bed
- Sleep fine until about 3am
- After 3am, I have a restless, disturbed sleep. At some deep level I am convinced that I am not sleeping, however when I become more conscious, I realise that I have been dreaming extensively and MUST have been sleeping!
Any advice would be appreciated.
