No RC ?

Since I started trying to Lucid Dream I've had 5 LDs. In all 5 I became lucid without doing a Reality Check. I think it's because i usually neglect doing my RCs during the day. But still, I wonder why... In my dreams I just suddenly realise I'm dreaming. Have anyone else experience it?

I don't do rc in real life too,when I was flying inside my dream it automatically turn to lucid

In my first dream I was lucid without RC because of all strange things happening. I used RC to make sure I am really dreaming. :D

In my first lucid I sensed something was not right with a particular t.v., that for the life of me, I couldn't remember turning on. I then suddenly became aware that I was dreaming. I did try to do a RC by looking at my hands, but I immediately went into a false awakening.

No RC for me.

I do not always do reality checks and many have their first lucid dreams without even knowing what a reality check is.

It's totally allowed to not RC if you do not need to.

The only two times I became lucid were both without reality checks, once it was because of something unusual that happened in a dream. The second time I can't think of any reason I became lucid, the whole dream played out in a historical fantasy setting so everything was very unreal, but I only realized that I was dreaming near the end and I don't know what triggered my awareness.
