[A Begginer Needs Help] I have some questions regarding my method.

Yesterday i tried WBTB method, i went to bed at 10PM, then set the alarm at 3AM.At 3AM i wake up, go to the bathroom, drinks some water, then lying down, my purpose is to do WILD, but an online e-book says, you must think what will you do in dream. Then i'm try to thinking a dream character then close my eyes. I waited a long enough for SP until i really fall asleep, and my dream goes like this.

      Spoiler for Dream:

I've tried this method for 3 weeks, but it's really hard to get LD, but I already know, my most prominent dreamsign is the "Setting Forms" (it's a place that change shapes, not the way you remember them), although i know, it's still difficult for me to get LD . My question are :
      1. is it because i rarely do reality check ?, Sometimes I forget because i was too enjoyed playing a game.
      2. Is it matter if i typed my DJ rather than writing it by hand ?
      3. Why in my dream is hard to recall a sound or voice ? is it normal ?
      4. For some dream, i can remember it with ease after i wake up if it excites me, like this one, but sometimes it's really hard to remember a dream, why is that ?
      5. And the last, i'm just imagining 1 dream character (in this case Mayu) but why the others are there ? is it because i don't have a full control of the dream ?

      Thanks....
(Sorry if my english is bad)

Note : If You wanted the e-book, just PM me, because i can't post link yet. It's a book by Stephen La Berge, Exploring World of Lucid Dream.

      Hi!

1: Everyone learns how to LD at a different rate. There's no guarantee way of getting lucid and sadly some people spend months of trying without achieving lucidity. Those people are rather rare though and with dedication you should get lucid in a week or two. Start doing RC's during the day and question your reality. Do that and also try some mantras before bed.

2: Well, the reason you should write down in your DJ is to include details. That way you improve your recall greatly. Also it's very nice to read old entries for motivation's sake or nostalgia.

3: It's normal, everyone seems to have different "recall" when it comes to the five major senses in dreams. Some people can't hear much sound and some can't taste or smell things.

4: It might have to do with how you wake up, how the dream was or when you wake up. Just lie completely still and wait for the dreams to come to you and something should appear soon.

5: What you want to do is to imagine a dream scene, not just a DC. Try interacting with that scene like touching an object and smelling it. Just make sure you've relaxed enough to be in SP first and then start visualizing.
