Thread: Trick Question

If a blind man were to take a hallucigeonetic drug would he see again???

after all it is his mind that would be affected and not his eyes but would it be he would see or not. You need eyes to see but it doesnt affect your eyes....so what do you think?

i guess he could see HI and colors, maybe. that is perplexing. i would need to know more about how the eyes work with the nervous system to really know i guess. the blind person would no doubt have enhanced thought patterns though.

I think he would...because it's all generated by your brain anyway...although, then again, to see HI, don't you have to have some perception of what things look like? I know in my HI, i often see people, walking around. If you've been blind since birth, you don't know what another human being looks like.
So i guess it would depend if you were congenitally blind, or it was something that happened later.
