So I have had loads of false awakenings recently(no idea why). This time I managed to turn one into my favor. Basically I noticed some strange things and did the nose pinch RC and found out it's a dream. Too bad it only lasted like 10 seconds :( Hope I get more false awakenings like this.
Congrats! You can practice some more awareness training to help you become lucid in your FAs. Sporadic technique and All day technique. Good luck:)
It's ok. My first LD I got excited, yelled I was dreaming at the DCs, started floating around in the air, and woke up. It lasted all of 45 seconds.
