What is this? I've heard this helps people have a better sense of reality or something. I've also heard people do it in LDs and in real life. It sounds cool because people say it's like the most peaceful thing to do or something. I wanna try it but not during my dreams, that's my fun time!
So what is dream yoga and how do you do it? Also does it help induce lucid dreams?

Here are a couple links that should give youu some ideas. I know a few memebers are interested and I assume a few who did not post on the threads are actively involved. Me and another memeber 'Sageous' are actively involved and put some time into answering general questions.
The super brief version in my mind, is that Dream Yoga is an attempt at personal growth and self-understanding, using tools such as meditation and LDs. The threads will explain more. It can in the more advanced stages be very magical and involve things that may seem fantasy based.
Well, I think that dream yoga is a practice of mindfulness of the duality of both the real world and the dream world.
I'm not too sure, though...
