      How often do you LD?

      To experienced LDers:

How many LDs do you have per week and how long did it take you to ramp up to about where you are now?

How many/week did you average when you started out?

      Thanks!

I just started back up again, so around 1-2 a month. I plan to get it much higher than that.

Usually 1-3 a week, but then again I can have four one week and then none for a month. My commitment to LD'ing is pretty sporadic, so it's hard to say how long it took me to get to that. I just really started working on LD's again about four months ago, and jumped to this average almost instantly. I guess it's kinda like riding a bike.

I have LD's whenever I really want to have them, which these days is two to four times a week. They're mostly on the same day -- my LD's have a bad habit of wearing me out physically, so I can't go nuts if I want to do things in waking life.

I reached my peak of 25 or so per week after about 10 years of steady work. Being far more interesting in one or two excellent dreams rather than 10 mediocre ones, I've long left that peak behind me.

I don't remember the frequency when I started back in the 1970's, but I doubt it was more than one per month, if even that. I remember doing a lot of waiting...

It's really sporadic for me. I'll have a week where I have three lucid dreams and then six months where I don't dream at all. It all depends on whether I'm really trying. When I'm feeling discouraged or stressed out in my everyday life, it almost never happens. Hence my propensity to disappear and reappear on this site over time.

I average around 1-3 a week, though if I get out of practice (not reality checking during the day, not dream journaling) occasionally I can go a month or two without having one. It varies a lot with how much sleep I'm getting, too. I tend to have more when I'm napping during the day than I do when I sleep at night.

When I started had... 0/week. After 8 years of that managed to learn and went up to 3-6/week, now have somewhere around 25-30/week. Except this week... this week sucks <.<

I feel really lucky, because when I´m really into it I have them pretty much every night. I´m a semi-natural, just yesterday morning I had an accidental WILD without giving a thought to LDing for months. That inspired me to begin again. I wanna get back into that "1x/night" rhyme, that I had years ago.

1 a month. I used to be like 2 but those were the golden days. Now I plan to get around 2-3 a week by using ADA.

Sorry, I know this is off topic but I've seen a few people mention ADA, but a search has turned up nothing, what is it?

It stands for "All Day Awareness", think there was a tut on the "attaining lucidity" section or something.
