I haven't heard of any techniques to interact with your subconscious mind before, so thanks a lot for sharing this! I will definitely try it out next chance I get.

Thanks. I'm not entirely sure this will work though. In most of my dreams I don't feel any emotions at all. However, I don't know if this is true for lucid dreams as well. I hope it's not, as I doubt it will be possible to get rid of fear if I don't feel it to begin with.
