I haven't had that experience myself, but I've read about others having the same problem as you |

So yesterday was St. Patricks day, and naturally, being in University, I got pretty drunk. And this morning when I woke up I was still fairly drunk, so I just went back to bed. Then the oddest thing happened. I'm pretty sure I had a lucid dream, only I was drunk in it |

Haha that sounds pretty cool, I suppose alcohol affects your brain and your brain is still aware like normal in an ld, so I suppose it is possible. |

My recall is massively impaired by alcohol, but yeah it might be because your drunk or it might because your mind expects you to be drunk as you were drunk! Mind twister!!! |

In my experience, I've been able to have excellent recall after a night of drinking if I get enough sleep. Alcohol tends to make your REM cycle come later during sleep, so normally if I over-sleep after being drunk I'll have really vivid/lucid dreams. Normally I'll wake up for a few minutes, see it's bright outside, groan, fall back asleep and have a lucid. Also, I've totally been drunk and dreamt that I was drunk. It's kind of trippy. |
