I have used Stephen LaBerge's MILD Inductiom to pracctise MILD. But just by listening you wont get a lucid dream. Just use the guided meditation as a pracctise. |

I tried Kelly Howell's tracks which are supposed to induce LD's, it didn't cause me to LD but it did make my dreams much more vivid, and I remembered atleast 5 dream's that night after listening to the track, only listened to it once though, as I much prefer silence when going to sleep rather than relaxing music. Maybe I should try it again, also got Steven Laberge's CD not really tried it yet. Anyone else have any CD's which have helped them LD? |

There is an app for iPad it's called "lucid dreams" I use it often, it's a hypnotic induction and you listen to it every night when you go to sleep, it's about half hour long but there is a lot of info etc in the app to...like a great book with a cd but in an app, sure you could download it somewhere |
