Can't lucid dream? Or succeeded in normal dreaming?

When I think again, I realized that I used to be a natural LDer, until I decided to wake up every time I realize I'm dreaming.

So this funny thought came to me:

What if all of us used to be a natural lucid dreamer, but then lost our ability at some point?

This is also with the unlearning things, I used to be able to use chopsticks, but now they're really hard to use for me.

The reality of "what if's" is that they are infinite, you can come up with infinite what ifs. So in hopes of making it easy try to also look for proofs of things, not just what ifs.

Regarding your lucid dream, try my method in my signature.

      Good luck.

I used to have a lot of lucid dreams but I would do the same thing... As soon as I realized I was dreaming I would always get freaked out and want to wake up. I don't know how long ago in your life you're referring to, but for me this was mostly when I was a little kid. At the time it didn't really occur to me that I could control my dreams. And then I kind of lost the ability. I've heard that lucid dreaming is more common for children, but I don't know why... But anyway, elucid has a point; I guess it doesn't really matter. What matters is relearning the ability.
