Hello I started with lucid dreaming for a while ago but took a break and now I'm back. Well I've always wanted to try WILD since people say it's the most clearest and you can really get lucid whenever you want. |

Realize this: the hallucinations are all in your head. I'm not going to say they are fake, because I am one of the people who stick closely to the 'dreams are real too', but they can not harm you. I can't remember who said this, but here is a nice quote: 'SP is only scary if you are scared of it.' Just stay calm and keep going. The hallucinations will harm you as little as a scary movie. |

The best way to WILD is to ignore those SP hallucinations. They just distract you from your purpose. The goal is to stay as sleepy as possible but keep a sparkle of lucidity (remember your purpose). Besides, many REM transitions are very smooth. It's not like every paralysis is terrifying, since many times you will simply feel your body numb. |

Sometimes I'm afraid to perfrom WILD just because it's dark and i'm scared of ghosts and stuff. Believe me, SP fear is easier to overcome. |

My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
*Wolves are beautiful.

damn it why did I look in to the nightmare section. Now I think a big hairy spider is gonna jump at me in my dreams |

What scares me isn't really the sleep paralysis itself, it's more the hallucinations... |
