      WBTB help! Simple question

      So last night I accidentally woke myself up around 5 or 6 am so I was falling back asleep but I was laying on my side curled into a ball. I didn't think about trying wbtb at the time but as I started to drift off the idea came to mind. Let me say that lately when I've been doing this I've been laying on mybeach and it hasn't been too successful. But! As I was on my side I fell into sp fairly quickly and before I knew it I was in a dream. Something made me notice it was a dream because I felt like I was pulled from my bed into my pillow. Anywho! I did the touch test and my thumb went right through the couch! I immediately got very excited and my heart started to beat faster and I could feel my ears wanting to pop, and then as quick as I was in the dream, I was sucked out and then it all happened again.
      Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong or just maybe why this worked this time? Why a different position worked better and why I wasn't able to stay in my dream..

      ehhhhh? :S

      Nevermind that,
      well if this was your first lucid let me tell you that it happens to everyone, like any sensation we are not used to we get excited and uncontrolled, this caused you to back out of the dream.
      Stay calm, but this will come with the more lucids you have.

      lol sorry, auto correct, it was laying on my back* but! Ive had lucids before, just i stopped for a few months and i decided to start trying again and this is whats been happening

      As far as i know sometimes laying still and looking up is good but also being comfortable is a better solution.
