Well, the best thing to do is not think of it, however, that's much easier said than done.
The first thing you should do is take a few deep breaths and remind yourself it's not real.
Then I would try incubation, it's a technique to saturate your mind with a certain thing right before you sleep, that way you dream about it. An example would be (coming from your avi) to watch a bunch of Inuyasha before going to bed, and then letting that stay on your mind when you fall asleep.
