Hi everyone, i'm sure no one remembers me, I join this forum a long time ago in attempt lucid dreaming, I tried for a long time but then school began and I gave up.
Anyways, recently I began Polyphasic sleeping, for those who don't know what this is it involves you sleeping for short periods of time so you have more time awake without sleep deprivation or fatigue. My sleep schedule consists of one 3h core sleep and three 20 min naps throughout the day.
Now every time I take a nap I go lucid, without even trying, also I have perfect dream recall. Seriously, I don't even try to go lucid it just happens. I go lucid in almost every naps, I love it!
