This is probably the most simplest thing you can do and remember your dreams, dream recall is the first step in some LD induction techniques.
1. While in your bed say "I will remember my dreams" 3 times, no need for 10 min repeat
2. Go to sleep 10 mins earlier
3. Wake up and lie still, you can move a little and still remember it, not as vivid though.
4. Repeat the dream throughout your head 2x to reinforce it and to encourage you to remember more.
5. Write down dreams in D,J.
6. Sometimes : If you don't remember your dreams you might have to just try again tomorrow or a key word throughout the day will remind you of it and it will just spark in your head.
Tips;
Do not have an alarm clock unless it has auto snooze after 2-5 seconds, also don't have anybody come wake you up unless you want to ruin the dream.
This guide might not work the first night but it did for me. Over the span of 3 months on and off I remembered my dreams 99% of the time I repeated the message, last night I even remembered 3! More sleep the better you're odds are of remembering, If I can remember them off 6 hrs, you can remember them too.
Although some people are just natural at remembering, just like LD and GL with the recall. It's easier written then done. (Yes, written, as you see it takes me a couple seconds to write it but they're is always the odds I mispell a word and have to go back, but when you say it you don't mispell )
Thanks for reading the ultimate guild, you're next step to being as pro as Stephen LaBerge
