Ninety percent of the time, I look like the lovely lady in my sig. Chances are, if I'm not her (or some random person), I am me:

You know what would be good? A big page where everybody could post their most common "dream body" or something. That would be intresting. =D

Er, dream body....Always myself, actually. (No, i'm not posting a picture of myself, it's too scary)

Lotsa times me, sometimes with more elven features. OR
A platinum dragon... I have been struggling to draw it for years now, but I still suck, I am going to start from the skeleton up I think this time, and flesh the drawing out...

I have been known to take the form of a dolphin or an eagle on lesser occasions too.

you should always start a drawing with a skeleton and then put the meat on...my drawing would never look right if i didnt lol....ive always been what i look like while awake in the dreamworld...until recently, when i petitioned in a dream to look like what i feel not what i look like (tho i wasnt lucid O.o), and now i look like a cat-guy with really pale blue hair ^^ awesome

Lost soul... I think the reason you are her usually is because you sorta look like her. Although you have a nose I think.

Im a relatively young boy like I said..in early teens..cant help it lol..but it feels good ^_^

One time i was a tarzan looking guy in a loin cloth...

Usually im myself...but every now and then im somebody else, and thats when i cant become lucid, i suppose

I'm usually Elli, the white-haired elf in my sig (and the subject of most of my paintings). I'm only rarely myself, that anime girl because I didn't feel like posting my ugly mug again.

Wow, this is an interesting thread. I'm always just myself in dreams, and 98% of the times I experience my dreams, whether lucid or not, through my own eyes. I never "see" myself in action from outside my body. I've never experienced inhabiting a different body. I wonder why.

I'm also usually myself. Though I have also been given a metallic covering that is kind of like armor which I don whenever I feel vulnerable or threatened. I've hada a couple of strange ones where I have transformed into an eagle or large bird and one or two where my body seems to crystallize, turning into something like "Thing" in the Fantastic Four, only with gems or crystals... Problem with the crystal body is that it takes a lot of concentration to keep it in a stable form -otherwise the crystallization process continues until it gets way out of hand. I had one "transformation" that scared me... I was walking through what appeared to be a green-house my arms and hands started becoming entwined with the plants and turning into plant tissue -felt too weird and reminded me of the Swamp Thing, so I woke myself up!

Hmm. What happened to the format of the forum website? Mine's all screwed up -no emoticons or avatars and there are huge blank spaces...

I dont really know, maybe it will be fine later-perhaps just your computer, cause everyone else's is working fine?

I don't think i'm ever me in my dreams, I don't know who I am. I think it's someone different each time. I have strange dreams.

I'm not even sure that i'm in my dreams!

erm. everything should be fine. perhaps too much congestion was preventing images from being displayed.

Hmmm. Are you ever lucid?

I am almost always never "in" my dreams in the sense that I can see myself 3rd person... I am ALWAYS "in" my dreams in one sense or another though -either as an observer, or as an author/creator. Lucidity always requires some level of self-awareness, doesn't it? Unless you just have good recall, but no awareness during...

I've always been myself in my dreams. In a non LD I can usually see myself but as soon as I realize I'm lucid it automatically shifts into first person. (I think I'm saying that right)

Um, so far I've been a rich woman, a black guy, and different versions of myself. Each time I saw myself I looked different than what I really look. One time I examined my face carefully and my skin was wrinkly and flabby. It also looked like I was either missing skin or I had a flesh eating bacteria disease or something. I hope it doesn't mean anything

Edit: I forgot but I was also a half lion/half human. One of those cat boys. It was pretty cool

OK, time to fess up...
