Pretty easy to get there, of course people on forums like to make up myths, and dreams being like they are make those who read this have a preconcieved idea and fail to get to the moon as the myth says. |

So I've had this question for a long time. A while ago my friend who apparently is a big lucid dreamer told me it's impossible to get to the moon while LD. Whether you're trying to fly there or teleport, it's supposedly impossible. |

Hi there my friend, I think this concept of "impossible to reach the moon" is quite amusing. It's POSSIBLE to reach the moon. Why do we all want to LD? Because we can do EVERYTHING in a LD. You just need the proper confidence in yourself. |

There was somebody who thought saying your name in a dream would cause you to wake up. He was completely unable to say it without waking up. Skeptical, Stephen LaBerge tried it. He said his name and.... |

35 DILDs - 3 WILDs 4 DEILDs
Though it was non-lucid, i built a spaceship (no bigger than a quad bike) and flew to the moon, crash landed on it, made a shelter, slept there the whole night, I even remember having false awakenings and still being on the moon! if i could do all that on a quad bike whilst non lucid, shit, lucid id be visiting mars and jupiter! superman style! |

Well I'm going to take your words over his. The reason I trusted him is because he's the "spiritual" one in our group. He's the one who told us about lucid dreaming, he has also studied a bit of astral projections, out of body experiences and what not. Maybe he lacks faith. |

I tend to find that the best way is to just DO something. |

Going to the Moon was a goal of mine. And I'll admit that it was one of the harder ones for me to achieve. I had to try several ways before I found the right way for me to get there. Flying straight up was taking too long. I tired to go through a mirror portal (I had luck before using a mirror to get to outer space) but it wasn't cooperating this time. I finally just willed my surroundings to change. And BLAM, I was there. And it was worth the effort. Just to know that I did it was a huge accomplishment. But also jumping from crater to crater in less gravity was a lot of fun. |

That's what I mean. See, because, in the fight, you were not wondering whether you could or couldn't fly. You just realised you needed to fly to get out of trouble, and did it. |
