When you are first starting off it is normal, don't worry. You just need to keep focusing on your recall (following this tutorial) and you will start to see your dream journal length getting longer. |

Ok, thanks a lot. Every tip helps |

Mancon pretty much covered it. Details are very important in developing recall, so make sure you include as much as you can. If you try too hard to recall details, though, you may unintentionally start pulling random things from your subconscious thoughts and not the dream memory - your mind will attempt to fill those recall holes with anything it can think of, be it from real memories or not. So if you're having difficulty remembering something and find yourself remembering details that don't seem to "fit", don't push it, and don't stress over recalling that dream. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
