[ADA] I wanna raise my awareness

I want to use All Day Awareness as well as MILD. Only problem is where do I start? Can someone give me a step by step/sequenced guide on how to raise my awareness ?

just stop randomly though out the day and be aware of your surroundings. ask if you are dreaming, ask if everything looks logical, touch things, do a rc. id do it around 5 times a day or so.

This works great, but if you actually want to stay true to ADA (literally all day awareness) you should try to hold that feeling of awareness with you for as long as you possibly can. This can be difficult, but it tends to produce awesome results. For me the hardest part is trying to figure out how to actually attain the necessary sense of awareness. Have you ever had a great lucid dream? If so, try to remember how that kind of awareness feels, being conscious of what you are experiencing for every moment.

It can be quite surprising when you realize how much of your day you spend without being truly aware of your senses.

Also, I love that you are combining MILD with ADA. From my experience that is a highly effective combination.

What do you mean you don't know how awareness feels like? Look around you...what do you see? What color is everything. Be aware of the temperature, how the air smells, how things feel...you're aware. If you are aware like this throughout the day it will carry into your dreams. You will be aware of your surroundings in the dream and then realize something is off and you become lucid!

In my opinion and very many others, raising awareness is a crucial point in lucid dreaming. Having that in mind, it would be very wise to work on your awareness.

I have read in some posts that to be aware, you should be aware of the senses, which are touch, smell, taste, hearing and seeing. In my opinion, this can be too much and might take too much of your time to be at a normal level, so what I recommend is that you work on the sense of seeing. You can train the "eyes" by being aware of the now.

      Good luck.
