How many hours of sleep do you get on nights that you lucid? Are you sleeping more or less than you normally do?
+1 I always feel very rested, and rejuvenated after a Lucid. And like was said, when you LD, you are still dreaming, and in the REM stage, so there is no interuption in your amount of sleep, unless you are depriving yourself of sleep during WBTB's, or writing in your Dream Journal for an hour afterwards before getting back to sleep.
Could just be a fluke, or maybe the nights your more easily go lucid, there's something else causing you to not feel as rested. So maybe you'd feel the same whether lucid or not.
