hi all, a quick question:
I LD about once or twice a week: Sometimes on weekends when I get to sleep in, other times during mornings where I do WBTB. In both cases, I find that I am extra sleepy the following day. Perhaps it is due to a disruption in my sleep routine? Or maybe it's because being conscious during dreaming is taxing or takes away from normal sleep/recuperation?
Just curious if others have experienced this, or if there is an obvious explanation...thanks!
