      B6 vitamin help

Where do I get vitamin B6 at and how much should I take a week?

Currently I'm chewing on Stride Spark gum with 25% vitamin B6 and 25% B12.

Also can someone tell me how they're dreaming experiences were after they started taking this vitamin?

You can usually get it at a grocery store or definitely a health food store if you're grocery store is crap. I get B complex with all the Bs in it. I don't know that any of these supplements really help for dreaming though. I just take them for the health benefits. No doubt being healthy in general helps somewhat with dreaming like any aspect of your life but really it's inconsequential compared to reality checks, journaling etc. etc.

Your local grocery, or failing that, local drugstore, i.e. Walgreens or CVS. I took a nighttime supplement of melatonin and B6 combined. It helped me get to sleep faster and have slightly deeper sleep than usual. My dreams were longer, more vivid and my lucids were more stable.

      I take 1 melatonin, and 1 B6 (100mg) at night, 1 hour before bed.

I got my B6 at a walmart. FYI, I tried 200mg, but it kept me up too much, and I couldn't get to sleep, so I dropped it to 100mg, and it seems to be a good amount.
