Dream or somnambulistic?

Ok hi again, im trying to share all my weird dream experiences as you can see.

A few years ago (5 or so), a REALLY REALLY WEIRD thing happened to me.

I was sleeping and then got awake, got up from bed, opened door, crossed my hallway, passed trough another door and got to my "main door", and there i tried to open it, time after time like a programmed movement despite that the door was key-closed so it wont open.

But i kept there trying to open the door for a minute or so until my dad came to see what was happening (door is noisy) and brought me back to bed.

Obiously i wasnt sleep because i clearly saw everything that happened and was aware of that, it was just as if my body was working by its own, i was just a 1st Person spectator. What is this phenomenom??

BTW i often sleepwalk and sleeptalk, but i never remember anything, just know it by of other people, is it related?

I saw something on TV that was about the very same thing. Some woman went to her ex's house and started smashing his beer bottles and put some dress in an oven. I can't recall what it was called though.

Well if you often sleep walk then that is probably the problem. Seeing as how you didn't stop yourself you were most likely so asleep that you still weren't using logic.
