Thread: Reality checks?

I have been reality checking every single time it enters my mind. is this the correct way to do it? i dont have a dream sign as of yet, but do i need a dreamsign before i start reality checking? so when i see my dreamsign i reality check?

You don't need a dreamsign to start reality checking. But you should have the right mindset when you are doing them - actually question about whether you are in a dream or awake and why you have made that conclusion.

For example: You try to push your finger through your palm. It fails to go through.

Don't just go "meh, whatever." Instead you should think "hmm.. if this was a dream, anything I dictate would happen, so this isn't a dream."

You can reality check whenever you want. Whenever it comes into your mind, just really think about it.
