No lucid dream in about a week since my last one? :(

My last lucid dream was after I'd given up, and came randomly at me doing an rc.
I became lucid but it only lasted a few seconds.
I became motivated again, and being doing rc's about two every hour, and using the mild method. About a week in, no result :O
      Help please? Thanks!

It took me a week to get lucid my first time. Instead of doing A MILD since im not a visual person I did a WBTB. what you want to do is wake up an hour before you usually get up. wait between 10 and 15 minutes by reading a book. you want to stimulate your brain not your body. Then lay back down in a comfortable position so you don't move. just close your eyes and concentrate don't move a muscle. Think about anything you want. what you're trying to do is trick your body to falling asleep but you want your mind to stay awake. you might begin to feel virations in yourbodyyou might start to hear things that arent there in your room. you might not also be able to move muscle in your body this is called sleep paralysis. This is the beginning of a lucid experience.
