I don't use anything specific to RC, although I plug my nose and count my fingers about 20 times a day. I probably spend a total of 2 hours with raised awareness. |

Also do you use anything specific to remind you to RC? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I normally do like 4 tbh. I feel like doing too many would actually have negative effects because you will get sick of doing them and may not truly think about why you are performing the RC. |

10-20, 1 RC per hour. And occasionally when someones signature says "Do a reality check now" |

Hm... depends. I chose 30+ because I sometimes do that, but other days I just do mantras, and I say that damn near all day. |
|
......
I don't reality check :/ |
|
Since I joined this site (a few days ago), I do frequent reality checks every 2 hours or so by holding my nose and raise my awareness |

I do less than 10 just because I'm lazy. |

If I'm doing RC's: 30+ but usually 0. |

I'd say that I reality check probably 100 times in a day, no joke. I reality check every 2 minutes. I have lucids every 2-3 nights as a result. |
|
Huh, that's actually a good idea. Setting your watch to beep every hour and reality checking when that happens. Problem is I've worn a watch for years and it never, ever shows up in my dreams. |

I reality check on a constant rate of... whenever I remember. Usually 0. |

<10. I usually just reality check when I see something really unusual or out there, to try and train my brain to be skeptical. |

if you make a post and dont have an LD count down your stats make a post to say how many you have had, if you dont know just say alot or not alot,,, just a rough indication. |
|
i like the idea, and over a couple of days i did it many times, by today, for example, i haven't really thought about it until now. I think the number changes relative to the last time i had an LD. |
