So, I know exactly what sleep paralysis feels like, I had it earlier today, but im not sure once in it how to transition to the dream. And to statements that just say open your eyes or get up, how do I know its the right time and wont just break the sleep paralysis?

Also, people say WILD'ing for afternoon naps ( this was where I got my SP today) works well. Why is this? Whats the difference between going to sleep in the afternoon as opposed to trying to WILD when you are going to bed in the evening?
