It can be. Once you have experienced a lucid dream enough to become aware of exactly what a dream can look and feel like it can become easier to identify them in the future.
However, if during your first LD all you did was fly around and kill people it probably won't benefit you very much.
It is just as important that you follow all of your steps and practices to induce your next LD.
Thanks. I am really glad I took the time to look around in my LD.
I'm sure it will be easier. First of all, calculate the time between not having one, and having one. Then you calculate the time of the second one and the first time. You'll see the time from the first to the second one is waaaaay shorter.
Seriously though, when you get your first one, you know you CAN get one. This will help you with your confidence, and we all know that confidence is key to get lucid. Good luck!
