This can be a problem for a lot of people. I try taking my mind off of it. Try repeating a mantra like "I am dreaming" when the vibrations hit. I did that last night and had a WILD. |

I found the first 3 attempts that reached the "scary" stages of doing a WILD made me freak out. After a while though I got so used to it, it was like waiting for a bus. I even remember saying to myself "how will I ever get used to this?" but you do, I wouldn't worry about it just keep practicing! |

It was pretty funny to me; I tried to WILD for weeks without success. Few days ago I finally reached the vibrations and fast heart beat, but I forgot about repeating the mantra. Fuuu. |
