Give me suggestions on increasing vividness and remaining lucid!

So I've had some lucid dreams after joining this forum, 4 actually. The length of the dreams have been from 5 to 20 seconds after realizing dreaming.

I have gotten lucid in those dreams because I just got this feeling it was a dream, just suddenly. If I just get a little bit of the feeling, thinking that this could be a dream, I instantly becomes lucid. I am so excited, that I usually do the RC's just to do them, and not really to confirm that it's really is a dream, and I don't really take time to do them either, I just hurry up doing them, because I'm so excited.

My lucid dreams ends fast, because I start thinking about that I have to not think about my body, so I can remain in the dream state, which often wakes me up, because I am thinking of my body somehow. My LD's haven't been very vivid either.

I've heard that you can spin in circles to remain in the dream, and rub your hands to make it more vivid.

I was wondering if anyone of you got more good suggestions on how to remain lucid, and not wake up, and make the dream more vivid? Please post suggestions you've heard, tried, and if you have some good ideas that you think will work, I'll be glad to hear them too!

I would really appreciate some suggestions from you out there!

      Thanks for reading!

My suggestion would be to remain calm, I think its your excitement that's doing it. Once you become lucid you need to have a clear mind and just look around and walk slowly..Then I would feel the street, walls anything with texture and focus my vision on a certain thing to get better details so the dream isn't so unstable. If this doesn't work I would start to meditate and go into a deep relax before I go asleep to see if that helps. Hope this information isn't too useless. I would also advise from doing anything drastic at first to stabilize the dream.
