Being part of fictional worlds (tv, movies, video games, books) in a lucid dream?

I was wondering how many of you jump into the worlds of your favorite tv shows, movies, and video games while you LD. I would love to do that. It would be super fun to be in a Final Fantasy or attend Hogwarts or something. Have you tried anything like this? Is it difficult? Maybe I should just turn on the tv and jump into the screen? How do you do it?

I'd love to go to hogwarts. That's one of my goals when I have a decent lengthed LD. I want to chill with all the maim characters hahah.

I don't have any desire to do that, for some reason, even though I get really involved in some books. My regular dreams often involve characters or situations from whatever book I'm reading though, or game.

I'm just talking about the movies. I only read 10 pages of the first book hahah.

Yes I really would like to do that as well. I have gone through the tv to meet people from shows and famous people but I have not yet got into an entire setting.

In my dream I was in a game of call of duty the other night and some guy parachuted down so I busted out my pistol and shot him like 8 times in the chest but they all went thru him and he ended up knifing me and a I woke up cause I was pissed...

I had a really vivid dream (maybe semi lucid) that I can recall from my childhood that took place in this 'anime' that I watched on tv everyday. In the dream I was with the characters, like I was actually part of the show. I actually am not sure if I was lucid but I can remember feeling really ecstatic waking up from that dream.

Recently I dream about the games that I play during the day.. I realize that the more I play a game the more I dream about it.

Hahah I've had a few call of duty games. I don't quit remember them, but I know I was killing people in most of them. Never got killed though.

I was in a dream in a game of n plus, I was the little ninja guy jumping around. That was after I played it all day!

Yes it really does seem like it would be fun... and a great way to learn more about control! Like, maybe the dream skills you learn if you jump into a tv show or movie, you can use it in other dreams. Like maybe go to Hogwarts and steal a "Dream Spellbook", or something. The possibilities are endless...
