Plugging my nose is my favorite check |

From my rotting body,
flowers shall grow
and I am in them
and that is eternity.

I am too. |

"continues checking gravity" No change on gravity, so it must be waking. |

All y'all rock thanks! |

I always focus on my hands. I think about how they feel in a dream, how they lack solidity, and try to put my finger through my hand. It helps me to remember how LDs feel too. |

157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

When I am alone, I jump into the air and try to fly. Gravity is always weird in dreams, so it is a pretty good check. |

I've been doing the checking my hands thing but I can't seem to remember to do this in my dreams or maybe I just don't remember doing it. I like the one about not recognizing people in your dreams. It seems that I rarely dream about family. If I could learn to do that, I might be lucid in every dream. |

Checking fingers, double checking clocks, plugging my nose, and just looking around to make sure everything is normal. |

I really have to make sure the words on this page are making sense... They can appear that way at first glance and thought, but if I really try to interpret them... Okay. They look fine and make sense. But wait, I should do a reality check just to make sure I'm definitely not dreaming. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
