I read about this lucid dreaming and I’ve been very interested right from the first thing I read about it so I moved on to some more information. Virtually all the things I read say that one must start with training themselves to recall their dreams and beware of them once they’ve woken up. Today I was able to recall a few very short elements from the dream I had the last night. One of them was pretty good but now I’ve been thinking about lucid dreaming and here’s what I asked myself. How much information a dream actually is? We sleep as long as eight hours! I can hardly remember my day in such detail even though I was awake. Can we remember our entire dreams or do we only get a few segments of them? That morning it took me a couple of minutes to remember just two moments. What about all the dreams from the entire night? Can I remember eight hours of sleep? In what order should I do it and what should I look for in the morning? What about other things such as micro-awakenings that interrupt our sleeping without us being aware of it?
