      Wink The Next Step

      Hi!
      Im Kinda new to this lucid dreaming thing but over the last week I have been able to trigger sleep paralysis after only a few minutes of innitial relaxation! I have read a few of the other forum posts but I am still not sure what the next step is after mind awake body asleep?

      Any replies would be greatly appreciated!

      Just lie there,stay conscious and wait for hallucinations to come...
      After that,it sound turn to a Dream...
      I suggest reading The WILD tutorial

      The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..
