As I've been going through my old journals today (I have about 300 dreams written down), I realised something that totally sucks ass- I can't remember a damn thing about lucid dreaming. Reality checks, how to prolong it, vitamins/foods that effect it, how to become lucid, etc. So, being the awesome 1.6 GPA student that I am, I'm taking a ton of notes on lucid dreaming and reading through all the tutorials over again, which I actually remember I used to do when I was trying to do a 'wake back to bed'. I'm not asking for help getting back on my feet or anything, but I thought this would just be something interesting to say about how easy it is to forget this stuff.
