Thread: Dream Guides - How important are they? Do you have one?

I have contacted my guides. I refer to them as spirit guides instead. I seem to get a different one every time, although one is recurring. I ask them for insight when I have the chance and hopefully remember the answer.
This is what you can do to meet yours. The first step is to get lucid, which you said happens a lot for you anyway. After that say out loud, "I would like to speak to my dream guide". Someone or something should appear. I believe that they are real spiritual beings. Others believe that that are just a part of our subconscious.
