Angry Please someone help! Having major problems

Ok, well since im a newbie i focus on DILDing. Yesterday, the whole day i repeated reality checks, repeated mantras while going to sleep. So i feel asleep, and i didn't know i dreamt until i woke up. After that, i couldn't sleep for about 2 hours. My mind was hurting and i felt like alot of things were on my mind. Please help what should i do? SHould i change my technique to WILDing. Please!

What I hear is that WILD is quite hard technique for beginners, but then again, some people find it easy. But that is not-so-many people.

If you feel like changing technique, go ahead. But you should stick with one technique longer than a few nights.

How can you be so sure? If you only tried it once and all, you can't really say from that experience that it will keep failing?

I understand however, there are no good guides on here. What should i do? I already know my Dream signs which are hockey and weed. How ofte should i do reality checks? And whenever i go to sleep im so focused on LD'ing that its difficult for me to sleep. Please give me a guide on how u did it first time.

Try doing reality checks at random times through out the day, not all day. Also keep track of your dreams in your DJ, that will help your dream recall more. About your dream signs, those will not really make you lucid at all times, you have to be more aware that you are dreaming. Keep practicing it takes time.

As it is said above, do reality checks at random times, or whenever the thought comes to you. Keep a dream journal. Another thing that I recommend for DILDing is increase awareness. How do you do this? You just become "aware" of more things in your life, such as your hand movements while typing, walking, moving, be aware of your leg movements, try to stay in the "now" and stay focused on the task at hand, dont worry about other things.

      Good luck.

As for the guide, the site has the tutorial section on the forum.
