Sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Use all of them to ground yourself in your dream even more. And keep reminding yourself that it is a dream and be active in your dream. Dont just stand still doing nothing, that will wake you up. |

Lucid Goals:
Fly [X] - Nuke something with a Falcon Punch [ ] - Stay lucid for longer than 20 minutes [X] - Lucid Sex [X] - Step through a Stargate and enter a new world [ ] - Save a crashing airliner [ ] - Travel in time with the DeLorean [ ] - Go to Narnia [ ] - Go to Middle-earth [ ] - Pokémon Battle [ ]
Yeah as silver2k said ground yourself through inspecting your dream world the tectures the sights the sounds etc. all help stabilise it. Also if you realise it is a dream continue with whatever your doing if you were walking keep walking, until you have properley stabilised it then well you can do whatever you want |

OK, thanks guys! |

Keep telling yourself that there's no reason for dreams to dissolve and that yours will last for a long time, if you believe it it will happen. |

Yeah, using the senses definitely helps. Weirdly the most effective method i found when having similar issues was to eat. I once managed to save a fading lucid dream by eating grass and leaves heh.. strange but true ^^. |

My first one lasted 5 second, and so did my second lucid dream. |

instead of stabilizing for like 10 seconds, stabilze for the whole dream. In last nights lucid i think it felt like 2 hours + however i forgot a large portian of it. I wasn't doing anything exciting (it was kinda a waste of a good lucid) but it did last what felt like ages. In my dreams while walking i will try to fell the ground beneath me, the slight breeze, the cloths on me the sounds of people talking, while flying i try to feel the wind in my air, and take in the spectacualr views, when using pyrokinesis i try to feel the heat coming from the flames. The list goes on, do this and you have a good chance of having a long lucid |

They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
By dreaming, every day.
