Well, I've never intended to reach enlightenment by meditation, but sitting down to collect my thoughts and calm myself is a daily ritual. Just a question, how long to each of you meditate, when you do? I usually never spend more than 15 minutes. |

I meditate a lot , and it does help, but you also have to be sober to LD, for me anyways, enless it's a sleep pill or sumthin |

I have always been interested in meditation. Since i am quite lazy I have not made an effort to look into it and or actually practice. Thanks for the informational links. |
