      Books and Information sources

      I'm just beginning to learn about dreaming, and lucid dreaming. I'm a big book lover, so hoped some of you could recommend some good books that explains what dreams are, various ways of working them, including lucid dreaming. Also, reliable web sites on those topics.

      HI Dan. Why dont you check our "Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen Laburge. Anything written by him is a veyr good read beacse he is the most prminaite pionare in lucid dremaing today. Some websites are this one, Ld4all.com, and lucidity.com. Lucidity.com is ownded by stephen laburge's sleep institue. Feel free to pm me with any other questions. I peronslay thing this site is the best lucid dremaing resource.
