kinda bummed... 12 views and not a single response :/ |

well you've gotta remember that a lot of people are looking for the same advice, so they may be caught by the title but have nothing to share themselves... |

Alright ya that makes sense. I figured I was just being overlooked because I was new and the thought didn't occur to me since I don't regularly go on message boards. |

There are way more noobs than experienced members, just gotta wait and hopefully the ones who use anchors will get around to commenting. If you're referring to anchors as in the Billybob tutorial, that's also relatively new. |

I did the same, looking for help. |

Damnit, I was wondering this very thing. The other night I kept falling into sleep paralysis but then I didn't know what to do and I kept getting excited and nervous and breaking it. Happened 3 times in a row. I basically gave myself insomnia |

Stephen LaBerge recommends The 61 Point relaxation Technique. |

I'm also trying to find a suitable anchor. I read BillyBob's (I think) tutorial and he recommended pain. Problem with this is sleeping without cutting off my blood circulation... -_- and I have a high pain threshold (I think it's high...) |

I´m not really new to lucid dreaming but I´ve had a break so I´m pretty rusty. But I tried WILD:ing a few times and I think this guide is very helpfull WILD - The Guide To End All Guides - Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource. |

I like to use something involving movement. I try to recreate the sensation of my body moving. For example, I will lie on my back, and imagine my head sinking into the pillow. Then, I will imagine my feet pushing or sinking into the bed. I will alternate until I feel relaxed and spacey. Sometimes this will be enough to cause me to hallucinate sinking into the bed, spinning, or falling. |

Try just simply counting using mississippi seconds. |
