Buffalo Dreams

I saw a really good movie on Disney Channel last night called "Buffalo Dreams". I won't go into the whole plot of the movie, but there were a couple of dream sequences that were very interesting. In one of them, a hawk comes to Josh, the main boy in the movie. The hawk speaks to him and tells him that he should find his "bird spirit". Josh replies "But I can't fly", to which the hawk answers "You've never tried, have you?" Josh then proceeds to jump off the cliff he's standing on and go soaring. They never mention "lucid dreaming" or explicitly say that Josh (and his friend Thomas) are aware that they are dreaming, but I certainly got the impression that this was a lucid dream.

I started to watch this movie, got disinterested and changed the channel. Now I'm going to have to see if it's on again! *flipping thru the tv guide* Yes!.. it's on again in my area on April 19!

i watched parts of that movie, it made me laugh (all disney channel original movies has that cheesy aura to them). i saw the part when the indian boy is talking to the cacasion boy about dreams in a cave, and how dreams are important or something... can't really remember...
