      Question About sustaining dreams...

I'm 17 and on Ambien(for chronic insomnia), and lamictal(as an anti-convulsive), just thought you should know, and every time I am either having fun in a dream(wink, wink) or attain lucidity in one I awaken. Can I somehow sustain dreams for a longer period of time? If you have any helpful strategies please provide them to me.

o yes there is many ways. try to stay relaxed, keep a "poker face" about your joy of being lucid. also if ur talking about sex its hard to stay lucid in and just takes practice, I would say try other things first just till you get really good at staying lucid while doing other things. if you feel your dream fading try spinning your dream character, rub your hands together and remind urself this is a dream and you are in control.

For that type of fun, particularly... Just stay calm and don't get too excited..
