False Lucids??! :(

I've had like 3 of these False LDs or I don't know what they are... The most recent I had and the most surprising of them: "I supposedly know that I'm dreaming, I even mention the words Lucid Dreaming and I am dreaming in the dream, I use The Force like in Star Wars to lift books, then I fly/levitate in my house and go to the third floor like that, and do random things in the dream, and even say [I am so happy that I will tell everyone about this lucid dream when I wake up]" When I woke up I remembered the dream but I didn't have consciousness in the dream, it was just like a normal dream. --------------- Another one I was in my bathroom and said "I am dreaming" and I did reality checks and everything, it was blurry and I rubbed my hands and said "What should I do now that I know that I'm dreaming" and tried flying, then the dream skipped to what seemed to be another dream. --------------- And, another one I was in a shopping mall and read a poster and again supposedly i notice that I'm dreaming and it's blurry, I rub my hands and say "Wow, this looks like real life only that it's kind of blurry." In none of those I remember being conscious, I only remember them as normal dreams. I don't know what's happening, or what am I doing wrong...
