Is this any part of a WILD experience?

Ok so this morning I woke and went back to bed about an hour later. While I was falling asleep I thought I could feel my arms and legs moving but I wasn't controlling them. It was like they were moving on their own (I dont know if they were actually moving around but thats what it felt like). I would also feel like I was turning over and sinking into my bed. Is this part of a WILD experience or sleep paralysis?

I think its apart of sleep paralysis.

I don't know, but I have had this also.
Mostly my fingers or toes slowly bending, while in reality they don't bend. Its hard to not try to stop it from moving but you'll have to ignore it as far as I know for WILD to succeed.
